Hi and please can you let me know the report that I run to see all time logged by all users against Jira tickets for all projects I have running, for last week, Monday 17th through to Sunday 23rd June
i use an addon for this - Time Reports for Jira cloud
Sorry - not paying an additional $10/m for something that should be at my finger tips and included in what I already pay for this SaaS product.

Jack - hi and thanks - in fact we have our own code 'app-let' that does this and TBH I did not know that an 'App Market Place' existed within / along side Jira, i'll investigate. But I go back to where I started here, I am surprised that this is not a standard Jira report. Or is the model now to offer a basic service and then make additional monies via the App Market Place - all good if so, I was not aware. Many thanks for your feedback to date - kind regards

First, to be clear, I'm just a user like yourself I guess. I do not work for or represent Atlassian so my opinions/statements are my own.
The Marketplace, similar to Apple iTunes and Goggle Play are sponsored by Atlassian but the content is provided by third parties. I don't have any insight into any financial arrangements. IMO, the model is to provide fully-featured products that are powerful and easy to use, as would be the case w/ any company. However, "fully-featured" is in the very objective. Certainly there are a number of features I wish Atlassian provided natively but I also appreciate/understand that my opinions don't necessarily represent the rest of the world. So my top wish might not be yours and vice-versa. The nice (?) thing about a market place/store is that individuals can customize their instance to meet there needs. The downside, of course, is $.

Hi @James Aston,
I work for an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner which also currently provides 15 apps for Jira and Confluence on the Atlassian Marketplace. I can fully support Jack's comment. You can compare it with the above-mentioned app stores. You will always find features that are useful to you but are not natively included in your smartphone's OS, but if there is a demand - like in every market - someone will provide a solution for it. And in these cases, the solutions are apps that are providing missing features. You can also wait for Atlassian to implement these features (in case they gain enough interest from the user base), but this mostly takes quite some time.
Writing your own code is always an option, but you have to calculate the costs for getting to know the products, writing the code and maintaining the code throughout new versions that come with changes in the products. Then compare these costs with the annual subscription costs of the app.
Best regards,
Daniel

JIRA used to provide the functionality but removed it - I assume so that they could make more by pushing their users to use paid for apps that they get a cut from.
