WorkFlow error - Could not load functionprovider class in JIRA

Hi I am facing issue while working in a workflow. When a subtask is to be created we get the below error (see the document with screenshot )  from JIRA. Please help in this regard.

Yep, you have missing add-on.  Can't tell you which one without a readable version of the error message, or a look at the log file.
