Workday Project to Structure Integration

My organization is currently implementing Workday Projects to manage our project financials. We are using the Structure plugin into JIRA to manage our project management related tasks. I wanted to know if there is a connector that will allow us to bridge the gap between scope and budget within both applications.

I must say that there is no out of the box connector to Workday, but if Workday supports REST API integration it may be possible to connect both. I am not acquainted with Workday, so I cannot say if it has any functionality that can help.
