I created a Workflow schema.
I have a question:
When you get the status "Code Review", the next status should be "Ready to Test", but the statuses are not sequential in the task.
Screenshots are attached.
Is this normal? Or is there a transition order?
How are the statuses ordered? By color? Not in alphabetical order?
Hi @Barış Özer ,
If you want to change the order of the transition/status buttons, you need the add the property key opsbar-sequence
to each workflow transition that you wish to reorder.
Each opsbar-sequence
property key requires a property value that defines the order of the transition action on issue views.

Hi @Barış Özer ,
you could reoder status through a specific step properties ( Opsbar sequence ) (https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-advanced-issue-workflows/)
Hope this helps,
Fabio

Hi @Barış Özer
there is a transition order which you can use. You need to add/edit a property to each transition named opsbar-sequence. See also this reply in another question.
In addition, you could have fewer transitions in general in your workflow to make it easier to navigate for your users - and know what needs to be next.
Hope that helps,
Matthias.
