Workflow Status

Good morning everybody,

 

does anyone know if its possible to add a status in a workflow to a specific person?

Like the status HR to the HR Business Partner and the status SSC to the shared service center so that the HR can not see the issue when its in the SSC status, only if the SSC sends the issue tho the next status what is HR the HR Business Partner can see it and the SSC cant see it anymore.

 

I hope anyone can help me.

Hi Kevin,

In that case I would create two different boards and use the board filters to control what columns/statuses are seen. Then only share the filter for each board with the appropriate group.
