Workflow Transition Screen not working

Hi while doing one transition alone its loading too much time and after that its showing like timed out this is happening for only one transition in the issue give me your suggesstions.

This is the error its throwing

but if thr is server side error means all transition ill not work , my query is about only one perticular transition is not working

You need to read the log file on the server to see why it is timing out
