Workflow Transitions Screens not correct

Hi all,

I've created a set of screen schemes in my workflow to force my devs to add information before the transition to another status.

It was working a week ago, but the screen is not displaying the correct screen even though my workflow shows the correct screen to transition to, the projects are all using that scheme.

Screenshots attached.  Advice would be great on what I can do to sort this.

Can you verify the workflow you show is published?

yes published and been in use for about 6 weeks now

I assume your issue is not solved so I have unchecked “answer accepted”.

I don’t have an immediate answer here, just ideas to troubleshoot. Is it possible that there is another Prod Owner Approval transition? Maybe try renaming the one shown and publish to confirm. Long shot. You mention several projects using this workflow. Have you tested other projects?

I'm the only PO in the team with admin access.

Yes, the projects are all displayed in the board of one project and it happens on all.

I could copy the workflow and try with a dummy project, do you think that's worth trying?
