Workflow condition is not working as expected

Hi Team,

How can we add a condition in Jira to prevent users from moving tickets directly from "In Progress" or "QA Testing" to "Done" unless the change classification(single select custom field) is "Standard" or "Not a Change," ensuring that changes with other classifications cannot bypass the approval steps and move straight to "Done".

We have added field value condition for "Standard" and "Not a Change" but it is taking for all the values. Attaching screenshot for reference.
