Workflow did not change to Active state

Shruti April 14, 2020

I  assigned an inactive workflow to an existing workflow scheme and associated it with an Issue Type (Epic). This workflow scheme was being used by 4 JIRA projects.

After the association was complete , observed that the new workflow appears for Epics in all 4 projects but it still shows in Inactive list .

What could be the reason for it ?

Thank you

Hi Shruti - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Did you publish the workflow scheme after linking the Inactive workflow to it?
