We are migrating a Instance from Cloud to server. I have tested this by migrating first on my local instance using the "Backup for Server". Post Restoration, I have all the issues, fields etc in place, but the workflow section seems to be blank. Even though I add a new workflow it appears empty from the UI.
The Workflow Table in the DB gets updated with new workflows and changes though.

I checked you already have a ticket created internally with the Atlassian Standard Support.
Since we need some confidential information to proceed with the investigation (Like the workflow database details), we will keep this investigation on the internal ticket, publishing its resolution in this community question when we finish it.
