Workflow transition not working

Hi All,

I have workflow 'All statuses can transition to 'Done' but this is not working, when i tried to move the issue 'Sit' status to 'Done' popup showing updated but issue not moving into Done status. Can some one help me on this issue.

Issue was resolved by manually adding missing post functions in Done status, Actual done status have only 2 post functions instead of 5.

History not showing updates 

No conditions for workflow, condition showing 0 and validator showing 0

Other statuses working fine except SIT and Requirement Gathering. 

It was not working in Progress to Done as well but after project re-index this status working fine.

This workflow exported from Jira Cloud to Jira server.

Is there any post function in the SIT or Requirement Gathering transitions that are not being met?

Those are all normal default PFs.

Hi @Karthik Kaliki (EXTERNAL) , a few thoughts here...

1. check the history tab to assess any clues
2. check the workflow for any conditions or validators that might be on the transition into Done
3. Can you transition to Done from other statuses? If you transition into UAT and attempt into Done.

What I would do here is to create a new workflow from scratch and replace the existing one.
