Workflow transition tips (description) not showed

Hi there,

When I add a description for an workflow transition, it should be showed when it has a mouse over the transition before select. (It works in JIRA datacenter, but not in JIRA CLoud).

Is there something I am doing wrong?

steps:

1 . edit and workflow

2. edit  a transition (ie: Start Progress )  - from ToDO to In progress status

3. add a description to the transition (ie: start working on this issue)

4. publish the work flow

5. go to an issue that matches this workflow ( in to do status for example)

6. Select the status menu to show the available transitions

7; Mouse over the Start Progress transition

You will not see any popup tip about the transition description (step 3)

NOTE: If the transition is an workflow action it works perfectly

For JIRA datacenter it also works perfectly

Hi @fbeck_br ,

I have never actually seen that in Cloud. TBH, I never use the Description field. I tested and verified your observation. I checked JAC and did a quick Community search. Neither turned up anything. It might be worth sending the feedback to Atlassian or opening a support request.
