Workflow update

Hello,

I have 2 project

Project1 which contain a Request Type - Incident and contain a Incident management workflow
Project2 which contain a Request Type - New feature and contain a different workflow

What i m looking here is Project 2, Request Type - New feature capture the same workflow which project1 is having.

Can you please guide me with steps how do i procced with changes

Look at the "workflow scheme" for the projects - this tells you what workflow is used by which issue type in the project.  You'll be able to map the same workflow project 1 is using on to the issue type behind "new feature" in project 2.

Note that this is the workflow for the issues, not the requests.  Requests do not really have a workflow, they have a mapping of "what to show the customer as the issue moves through its workflow"
