In my project when I update status like testing on my any task, then  that task hide from Backlog and its shows in Issues when I search in issue.

My guess is that your board fitter excludes the test status or the status is not mapped into a column on the board

Go to the board configuration and 

  • Check the general configuration - this will show you the filter you have for the board, which you need to check for statements like "and status != something"
  • Go to the columns settings and check all status are mapped into a column

Hi @Sana Sohail , welcome to the Community!

If I understand correctly you are saying that when you transition an issue from one status to another the issue disappears from your backlog. Is this correct? If so, it is important to understand that the Backlog is represented by a specific status, e.g. To Do. So if you transition an issue from To Do (in my example) to say In progress then it should move from the Backlog to the active Kanban board.

if I am misunderstanding your issue please let me know and provide mor details.
