Workflows for NIST Assessment and Authorization Processes

Hi, I'm working on configuring a Jira project to assist with a workflow(s) supporting NIST workflows. Has anyone use an OOTB solution for this or can recommend a supporting integrated product that might assist with this? The workflows are similar to a regular business process with review and approval but they can get more complex with 2-3 people needing to sign off at each step prior to it moving to the next step. Curious if anyone has recommendations on other tools or templates that might have already tackled this?
