Hi @IT Demonware You can edit the workflow and click on show all transitions to get all the transitions belongs to each status and based on your workflow I think you only need to clean the three statues namely Resolved, Closed, and Canceled as all other status are having global ALL transition so they are good.
Just move all these statues away from each other and click on each transition to check where it is going and from it is coming and accordingly adjust the same and do not point the transitions to same point in statues as it makes difficult to find if it's incoming or outgoing transition.

Set this workflow as inactive one first (this will be temporarily). Then move a status by status, so it becomes visually more appealing.
When you are with the customisation, make this workflow active again by assigning to the project that was using it.
