Workflows migration not working

We recently moved our Jira from our old system to this new one "datamachina" , the workflows for certain categories like "Support", "configuration" related are broken up.

We would like to migrate the same workflows that we had in our ealier system "systeminsights" and as its not working. Need Jira support on migrating this workflows successfully.

The first question I have is what was the hosting type of the source instance? Did you migrate from Jira Server or Jira Data Center to Jira Cloud?

What migration method did you use? Did you use the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant app, or another method?

What type of projects did you migrate that use the now broken workflows?

How are those workflows "broken" exactly? When using the Assistant app there are some elements of workflows that it is unable to migrate. If you used JCMA did you review the documentation on its limitations?
