When a Tempo Team resource joins the team with a "Joining" date half way through the month, the % in Time Tracking for the resource will always show as incomplete (i.e. less than 100%) for resources leaving and joining "mid-month"
Is there anyway to reflect partial months work without having to "Tweek" with a different Workload scheme for those specific cases?
I have the same problem with some of our workforce, too. Perhaps one could change the individual holiday scheme, but that's a cumbersome workaround!
I know this is old, but I wound up here, when I searched for solutions or workarounds.
It is (as of now) not possible to set an "effective from" date or something similar.
You can only move a user to a workload scheme, and it will affect all work time calculations before and after that change.
You cannot assign a workload scheme to a user and set a start-date for when this user started.
You cannot assign another workload scheme to a user, when he e.g. switches from full-time to part-time (or vice versa) to still correctly calculate before and after this date.
You cannot set another (default) workload scheme for a specific time frame to respect something like holiday seasons with different work times than outside those seasons.
