Worklog does not get picked up

Hi,

I have a particular worklog at a subtask that is not getting picked. I have two worklogs under than sub-task each as 4 hours, so cumulative should be 8, but the timespent on the sub-task shows as 4 hours.

The json object for the worklog does not show any apparent differences.

Are there any conditions in which case the worklog will be ignored by the timespent calculation.

Hi @hkarekar

If there are worklog entries, jira doesnt ignore (unless you have customized the product to ignore it somehow)

Could you post the screenshots of the worklog entries?
