Worklog report by multiple actors in a same role

Hello there.

For quite a long time we struggle finding a suitable plugin / solution for seemingly simple problem in our organisation.

For example 2 Analysts, 1 Developer, 3 Testers work on one issue.

We need to estimate, log and report time spent of each actor on one issue separately.

Any ideas or recommendations?
