The time period for submitting a work log has disappeared from our Jira instance. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve it?
The issue was that Tempo had done an update which reset the configuration options. In the Tempo settings you can choose to specify a time period which needs to be enabled.
The From field is not a default option in JIRA. Perhaps you are using a plugin and a configuration is missing now?
