Worklogs missing in Tempo Worklog Distribution Gadget

Hi,

 

we use tempo and have accounts linked to companies.

When using the Tempo Worklog Distribution Gadget, to see how many hours a user spent on the customers, at some users i only have like one customer, others have all their customers displayed in the gadget.

The filter behind the gadget goes like: worklogauthor = tobias ORDER BY updated DESC

Fyi: the filter contains all the hours logged in tempo - thus the output of the filter and what the gadget show me are quite different at the users with only one customer.

 

After having interviewed the users, I have only data from one customer from, I have found out, that they log their work directly in an issue while all the other users use the "Worklog Assistant" (3rd party app).

It's hard to believe that by logging your work directly in an issue causes the problem. Thus, I wanted to ask, if you might know a solution.
