Works Council Agreemment (Jira/confluence)

Hey All,

Is there someone here from a German Company where the works council has to be involved in the implementation process of Jira/Confluence? Our works council is claiming a system description as an attachment to the works council agreement. It is not sufficient to provide them links to the Atlassian website they do have the right to get something on paper. It would be very helpful to get in touch with another German company which do have a similiar challenge.

wenn es hier um eine "Verfahrensbeschreibung" geht, wie sie auch für das Verfahrensverzeichnis nach DSGVO benötigt wird, dann kann ich hier gerne helfen, da ich so eine Beschreibung auch erstellt habe.

Voraussetzung dafür ist die Vorlage, wie sie in Deinem Unternehmen verwendet wird, damit diese dann für Confluence / Jira ausgefüllt werden kann. Evtl. kanns Du auch vorab klären, ob Eure Atlassian-Instanz im Bereich "data residency" (sieheUnderstand data residency | Atlassian Support) so eingestellt ist, dass die Daten innerhalb der EU bleiben.
