Would like to include project name (summary/Parent ticket) with each child ticket?

We would like to include the project names in each child ticket to help with communication. Can Jira take a term from the Parent ticket and apply it to each Child ticket?

For example:

Parent ticket (Task) = "Annual (Entity A)"

Child tickets (Sub-tasks) = "Entity A - Conduct Initial Risk Assessment"; etc

Yes, this is possible if you generate the sub-tasks via automation, you can then use smart values to get information from the parent issue like the summary and key. Take a look at What are smart values? for more information.
