Hi, absolutelly lost in trial to get a registration on https://jira.getxray.app/servicedesk can ´t proceed, 20 attempts or so and no way in... So trying to ask here.
My colleagues work with X-ray on Jira Datacenter. They have a common dashboard with common Jira gadget Filter. They set the Test Plan field into the view of this gadget. It shows the active link to the issue - Test plan. But they need to see its Summary here as well. Up to now I do not know, how to help them. Does anybody have an idea?
I came up with just one idea and it involves creating custom script in Scriptrunner, what I would like to avoid (create another custom field automatically loading the summary of plan into a field in Test execution issue)
If anybody from X-ray here - can you help me, please, create an account in your ServiceDesk, please? Maybe Captcha hates me or I don´t know... Thank you
