We are reviewing all of our Jira licenses, so we shut down Jira access to the employees who don't use it. We have noticed that nevertheless, they can get back on track, without having to ask for permission. We just receive an email, saying 'X had joined your Jira'. Is there a possibility that they don't get the access back, unless approved by the administrator?
