XRAY - JIRA Test Plan not showing correct results

We have a XRay Test Plan which has the below execution status 

Below are the test executions under it .  The number do not roll up correctly

There are 29 tests  in POS-6142 which passed but are not added up  in the overall test plan

Checked that each of Tests in POS-6142 are added in the test plan .

Any thoughts what could cause this problem.
