XRAY Reports: Requirement Coverage & Traceability Report not generated

Currently doing a POC for XRAY with Cucumber Test Framework Integration

1. Created Test, Test Set, Test Plan and User Story.
2. Added multiple Tests to TestSet, Test Plan , User Story (Is Tested By) through REST API
3. Executed the Cucumber Tests and uploaded the Test Execution results using REST API

All the above steps worked fine.

For Xray Reports:  when trying to generate Requirement Coverage & Traceability Report - no data is Returned.

did you enable the Xray Requirement Coverage for your JIRA project already?

Yes it has been enabled.

However in the issue type mapping, I see "Requirement Issue Types" has not been mapped as per: https://confluence.xpand-it.com/display/public/XRAY/Issue+Type+Mapping

Can you advise if this is an issue ? Does "Requirement Issue Types" need to be created to generate the report ?

This issue is now resolved.

The problem was with IssueType Mapping being incorrect.

Fixed the Issue Mapping as per: https://confluence.xpand-it.com/display/public/XRAY/Issue+Type+Mapping

And the Reports now work.

Hey there, 

I am having a smilier problem. I have checked the coverage fields etc.

There are meant to be 724 results returned using a JQL. But when the traceability report is generated we get "No requirements found." Have done everything I could to trouble shoot this. Note we are using the cloud version.

Any Advice would be great....
