My team cannot access Xray features in Jira Cloud next gen at present. I can't find a way to check "status" of just Xray and I don't have paid Jira support. Can anyone advise?
Looks like its back up and running. Was down at least 30 min.
@Mark Anderson , just to clarify that if you have a Xray Cloud license as it seems, then you have access to support. Xray cloud are subscription based licenses, therefore you always have access to support :)
