Xporter- making a template with a checkbox field

Hi to all,

I am trying to generate a Word template for Xporter. In this template, i would like to have regular fields and custom fields, whose types are number fields, text fields and checklist field. 

The checklist type of field does not seem to be supported.

Does anyone know how i could create a template with this type of field?

Xporter has an integration with Checklist so it should be working, have you checked this page: Checklist for Jira?

Xporter allows you to export all selected items from the Checklist for Jira app.

Thanks for helping out. 

I don't know if this is exatly what I'm looking for. I have tickets in which a field is a checklist type ( named "Acceptance criteria": See attached picture N°1); and when i export them into Word thanks to the template i generated, the fied is empty. ( See picture N°2) 

The template doesn't seem to understand which data to look for..

Oh ok, you're actually talking about a checkbox custom field and not a checklist one :) this kind of custom field is unfortunately not supported by Xporter, see here:

The officially supported custom fields are:

• Number Field
• Text Field (read only)
• Text Field (multi-line)
• Group Picker (single group)
• Group Picker (multiple groups)
• User Picker (single user)
• User Picker (multiple users)
• Date Picker
• Date Time Picker
• Select List (single choice)
• Select List (multiple choices)
• URL Field

If you have an app like ScriptRunner or Automation, you could do a workaround like:

• Create a custom field "Acceptance criteria status" and set it to "Unfinished" by default
• Add an automation rule/a script: if all boxes are checked, then put "Acceptance criteria status" = Completed

And then export this new custom field into Xporter.

Im trying to confgure text field - costumefield to word template for pdf export. It exports blank field...

We have two costume fileds, one is a insight object and works perfectly when exporting pdf. The other one text field does not follow when exporting.

Word template for (insight object) : 

example1 --> 

#{for example1}

${example1[n].Name}

#{end}

This is a year old. Are checkboxes fields still not supported?!
