Xporter not available in export dropdown

Hello,

I´m pretty new in using JIRA and I want to export an Epic with several Storys by Xporter to an xlsx file. In one project that I manage the Xporter is not available in the dropdown menu for exports.

Does anyone know how this can happen for this particular project?
