Xray datasets popup view needs

The dataset popup feature would be more helpful if it had a few more features.

More character space--working with complex LIS applications some of the data is longer than the character max. The current max seems to be about 254; and some of the variable data is 800+ chars long. We attach spreadsheets to the test cases to workaround this issue, currently. 

There is also an issue when importing CSV that have data in a cell with a carriage return, the 2 lines of data are then superimposed into one line and its difficult to read.

It would be nice to be able to see lengthy cell values/text in the dataset popup view in one of the following manners:

expandable row/height or column/width on the dataset table itself

as a scroll bar displayed on the cell
