On the Jira platform, Xray components are no longer accessible.

I would recommend reaching out to the vendor directly, via their support portal as pretty much all vendors respond quickly (and are quite helpful), especially if you're in the migration phase from one environment to another.

I would recommend that you first contact your Jira Administrators and confirm that the Xray app has not been disabled or removed from your Jira instance.
