Xray is not generating document

Xray is not generating document

We have been using the Xray plugin for testing manager and when we try generating a report by Xray document generator, it didn't work. It showed just a 0% complete message during a long period of time and no error message was returned.

For example:

Xray - Document Generator

Xray is generating your document.

0% complete. Last updated at 05-06-2023 17:42:35.
Started 05-06-2023 17:37:16

Answer accepted

Today Jun 06 the problem was fixed. Now, the report is working fine.
