Xray plugin - Unable to create test steps within test cases
Hello,
We have recently installed the Xray app within the JIRA cloud to handle our TCM needs, but when trying to create test steps within our test cases we get an error stating "Error Creating Step Request failed with status code 404". I have also added a screenshot that displays the dev tools which are showing the errors when trying to add the test steps.
We have tried signing out and back into JIRA, refreshing the page, and restarting our machines but nothing has resolved this issue yet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This issue has been resolved by following the steps below received from the Xray support team:
Regarding the problem, can you please if you have the Project Role (Atlassian-addons-project-access) role associated with the Browse Permission of your project? This is necessary in order to Xray access the issue.
To verify this, please go to Project Settings >> Permissions and verify if you have this set:
I did not realize the image was not working, so here is the image related to the fix I described above that did resolve our team's issue.
