In our company Jira instance, we installed Xray app.. Post the trial period the Xray subscription was active but recently it has moved into Inactive Subscription list and says 'SUSPENDED'
Please let me know how to resubscribe it to it? We are using Xray in our projects and we need it back in the active subscriptions as soon as possible!

Sorry to hear that your Xray installation is inactive.
The licensing is handled by Atlassian and not by third-party vendors like us (Xray at Xblend), so it is best to contact Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com/) to sort this out.
Typically, it is just a matter of updating the billing details in the Administration options and enabling Xray:
