Hi

 

From past few hours i am getting below mentioned message when ever i am trying to access Jira link. From the same link i am accessing Jira Software daily.

 

'Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.

Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team.'

 

Kindly help me on this as my team work got paused.

Checking the details of your site, everything seems fine. The site shows as active and a user logged in today.

I added the link to your site here and the login page loads normally.

Are you facing this issue after adding your credentials?

Have you checked with your site administrator if there were any changes to your permissions?

Have you tested logging in using another browser?

I don't know how? but when i tried again today it's working fine.
