My atlassian cloud site is currently unavailable.
What shoul I do? Any help on this is highly appreciated.

My access was being performed with sso login @mycompany.com
When you say you are unable to open a support ticket, what process are you using to try to open that ticket?
Have you tried the "Log in to contact support" button at the bottom of this page:
