I receive an email earlier, and I logged in to the account as I thought it'd be solved.

However, today I receive this at log in. How can I get back my access?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

This is what it says it is.  One of your administrators has deactivated your account on that Cloud system.

You will need to talk to your administrators about getting the access back (and maybe ask them why they did it too)

To avoid losing Jira due to inactivity it is good to add some comment, create new issue etc, when the 1st message comes.
