Hi. I never used Zira, however, my IT team uses Jira but at a basic level. I am in the Helpdesk - service area. When I go through this software I come to know that this is specially designed only for IT people. can I use it at the service level where the customers used to call us with various service related issues?
Does JIRA provide PRI lines and calling facility. Or do we need to buy a server/EPBAX?
If not whether integration is possible. How much will be integration cost??

Reports are very basic, if you want more customized reports you need EazyBI (extension) or any other report app
