Zendesk<>Jira integration has been working fine for months.
Last week the Zendesk search for Jira tickets stopped rendering results. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the integration for both Zendesk and Jira without results.
The Jira app does display within Zendesk but the search does nothing.
How can we get this functioning properly again? We have made no other changes on our end.
