Hi Everybody!
I'm trying my hardest to get Zendesk and JIRA to fit perfectly for our Support -> Product team.
One issue I'm running into is that the Component/s field is not one that I can sync to. Is this something new as I see others have used this field before successfully, or am I missing something?

Hi Josh,
You can go a pretty long way using the Zendesk Jira plugin to link one Zendesk with one Jira. This does have quite some limitations though which we struggled with.
Therefor we asked iDalko if they could build an integration for their Exalate plugin which they did so as of this year you can pretty easily sync issues between multiple Zendesks and Jiras (cloud and server) using Exalate.

We just got word that the exalate for zendesk has been approved for the zendesk marketplace
