Hello,
We have a problem where Zephyr Capture for JIRA does not allow us to write test cases. We can create a Test Session for a JIRA item but then when we go into the Test Session to write the test cases the 'Add note' button has no impact.
This has been working fine for years and now is failing since a recent update to JIRA.
Anyone know how to fix it or having the same problem?

Usually for 3rd party apps, the vendor's support would be the quickest way to get a response. So contacting smartbear directly would be the way to go. Hopefully by now you've already do that and got your answer.
