In a project I go to "Tests", enter the name of a test cycle and get a list.

When clicking on the Arrow-symbol of an item of the list, the (existing) tests don't open. It seems to happen when the tests are not new, but a few months old.

I tried Zephyr re-indexing, Cycle cleanup and cleaning up the cycle cache - nothing helped.

JIRA: 8.6.1

Zephyr: 5.4.1.54108287

Hi @LEM ,

Could you please let me know if you are able to see the cycle details from search test execution page, with an execution filter containing the cycle name?

The below steps should work for you:

1- navigate to Administration tab.
2- Navigate to manage apps.
3- Click on Zephyr for jira -> General configuration tab.
4- At the bottom of General configuration page, you will get Sort cycles and folders order.
5- There select the custom order.
6- Then perform Jira re-index and zephyr for jira hard index.

Note - Hard index must performed in downtime.

Hi Bibek!

The JIRA re-indexing and the Zephyr Hard-index solved the problem.

Thanks a lot!

Best regards,

You made my day @Bibek Behera .

I faced the same issue. I did what you suggested, it worked like magic
