Zephyr Migration Test Details Attachment Issues

I have been working on migrating to Cloud using JCMA for a few months now, and one of the biggest blockers that I have is migrating apps.

One of the issues that I have encountered with Zephyr is when I migrated projects, all of the issues that uses Zephyr, all the attached image in the Test Details have been broken and translated to this format: !imagename.png|width=N!

I have discussed this with Zepyhr's Vendor, but we keep going back and forth with no solutions that can be provided. I find it weird that this is not supported on Cloud as this is a very important feature that we are using in DC. All I have received is it is not supported. The only good thing about this is that the missing and broken attachments can still be found in the Attachment section of the Jira Ticket, but it still needs to show in the Test Steps.

Do guys have any suggestions on how can I resolve this? Since there are thousands of Issues that encounters this and even the tables on the test steps has been broken.

I really though that the guys from smartbear could help you with this, but.... :/

Nothing we can do here to help you, except to tell you to open a MOVE ticket to atlassian and see if they can correct anything from the broken links. If not, since data might not reside in Atlassian's server, then you'll hit a dead end.
