Say if I have 50 projects in Jira, How to identify the projects using Zephyr Squad? any queries or filters available?

There's no simple way to do this, because all your users are considered to be using Zephyr if they're using Jira.  

What exactly are you trying to achieve with this question?  There is probably a better way to get to where you want to go than asking "who is using it?"
