we tried to send Feedback to Atlassian which ends in:
The issues we have here is that Zephyr is that slow that it is not usable. For example creating a new Cycle takes Minutes. Also changing a Test result from Unexecuted to Pass takes Minutes. As Zephyr is in the cloud we wonder why it is that slow.
Any help appreciated.

You might be better of contacting Zephyr support directly.
The apps (unless hosted on Forge) are still hosted by the app vendor (on Cloud). You can always submit a support request to them on https://support.smartbear.com/open-ticket/
Their own statuspage doesn't show any ongoing issues. https://zephyr-scale.statuspage.io/
