Zepyr is enabled and everything sholud be ok according to licenses, but we can not longer see the "test" tab in the bar menu? What has happened and how can I get it back including all of my tests. I do not want to lose them!

It looks like you're hitting https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-44826 - we're working to solve this for all customers, but in the interim if you want to log a ticket at https://support.atlassian.com we can workaround the problem for you.

Same thing happened to our cloud instance... any info would be good.
Found the issue: JIRA is being updated...
We need to reach out to atlassian to get the could instance restarted:
