Zephyr plugin user cost for QA

Hello, 

We want to start using Zephyr for our QA team the QA team only makes up about 10% of our Jira users do we have to pay for all Jira Cloud users or is there a way for us to only pay for the QA team to use this?

Zephyr comes as either a standalone solution (Zephyr Enterprise) or as a plugin to Jira. 

With the Atlassian plug in, the number of licenses is based on your Jira tier. 

For Zephyr Enterprise as it is a standalone solution you can purchase individual licenses just for QA members. It also integrates seemlessly into Jira for requirements management and defect tracking using a bidirectional sync.
