We use Jira cloud with Zephyr plug in. We have created several test cycles with test cases populated in a Jira project. All test cases had the prefix ID of "M3UT-" plus a number, which is the project ID. Yesterday, we implemented project based security scheme in Jira. After, we noticed that the majority of the test cases somehow are updated with numeric numbers, breaking the tie to the Jira projects so all users, including admin, are no longer able to get into the test cases with a message indicating project does not exist. I contacted Atlassian support who deferred us to Zephyr and am waiting for a response from Zephyr. Meanwhile, I am hoping to find a solution from the experts in this community. Any tips?
